Voter Registration
Register to vote or update your party affiliation for the November Midterm Election.
Deadline: October 5, 2026
Vote By Mail
Vote-by-Mail requests reset after each general election cycle.
If you have not signed up since January 1, 2025, you will need to submit a new request.

Voting Schedules and Locations
Early Voting
Early Voting Period: Monday, October 19- Sunday, November 1, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Early Voting Locations: Miami Beach City Hall (1700 Convention Center Dr.) and the North Beach Branch Library (7501 Collins Ave.)
Voting on Election Day
Polls will be open on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you wait until Election Day to vote, you must vote at your designated voting location per your precinct. Check your Vote Information Card for the address (see example below) or look it up here.
