What an event! If you weren't able to join us for our Protect the Vote Miami event this past Wednesday that was full of information and ways to make sure you can vote safely and protect our vote, don't worry because we got you covered.

The Protect the Vote Miami event presented by the Miami Beach Democratic Club and the Miami-Dade DEC featured national election integrity advocate Jennifer Cohn who provided us with information on our election system and how Republicans have undermined elections and suppressed the vote over the years along with what we need to be on the lookout for in October and November. While this should be alarming to all of us, it's important to stay focused and make sure we are voting safely and helping others to do so as well while protecting our democracy.

Marybeth Prusher - the Voter Registration Chair with the DEC - armed us with all of the tools we need to make sure that Democrats are registered to vote, how to enroll in Vote-by-Mail and vote safely along with how to track your ballot and where to find the DEC endorsed candidates. We wrapped up our panel with Wayne Brody and Samir Sheth from the Biden campaign (2020 Victory) who discussed voter protection efforts that are underway and how YOU can join the Voter Protection Team. This is a critical component of making sure that our vote is protected and we encourage you to join the team today!
