Submit Questions for our Miami Beach Candidates Forum

Our candidate forum is coming up on Monday, September 23, at the Betsy Hotel (1433 Collins Ave) from 6:30PM - 9:00PM.

There are a lot of issues facing the City of Miami Beach in the coming years, from traffic, to development, to safety, housing affordability, the environment and climate, and so much more. But we want to hear from you! What do you want to hear from the candidates?

If you could ask the candidates for Mayor and City Council anything, what would you ask them?

We have lots of issues facing our city in the coming years, but we want to hear what's most important to you.

A: In 2010, The City of Miami Beach passed an ordinance banning Short-Term or rentals of less than 6 months and day in the RM-1 and TH zones of the Flamingo Park Neighborhood. Will you support the continuation of that policy?

Q: If you could ask the candidates for Mayor and City Council anything, what would you ask them?
A: Sea level rise seems to be an existential crisis for our city. Science seems to indicate that we may not have much time left where life as we know it on Miami Beach is possible.

How will you prioritize this issue? What is your big picture solution to save our community from this?
